1.3. We cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by extraneous or unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

1.4. We cannot be held responsible for any breaches of security when these have resulted from unauthorised access to your account where you have not exercised sufficient safeguards to protect your login information.

1.5. We will update information on the website and courses to keep the information current but we cannot provide a warranty for the correctness, quality or authenticity of the information.

1.6. All views expressed on the website, courses, webinars, forums or other material in all forms of media are those of the authors, presenters or tutors and not those of Publishing Clinic Limited unless otherwise stated. We cannot be responsible for such views expressed by others.

Completion of these courses in themselves are not and should not be taken as achievement of a particular standard in the respective field or area of interest. Unless stated, these courses do not lead to any qualification or accreditation and should not be viewed as an endorsement of a person's capability in a particular field or specialty. Certificates are issued as evidence of completion of the course only.

2.2. All content, design, logos, audio, video, graphics, text material or software code on courses, websites and other media remain the copyright of M/s Publishing Clinic unless otherwise stated or acknowledged. You may not copy or reproduce these without our permission.

2.3. All copyrights belonging to other companies, organisations or individuals are hereby acknowledged.

2.4. You may not copy, save, store, distribute, sell, trade or alter any information provided on the website, courses or other media except where expressly permitted.

2.5. Purchasing a course provide you a non-transferable single licence to view the course and associated material and resources for the time duration specified when purchasing the course.

2.6. You may view, save and print one copy of any supporting documentation provided with a course for personal use only. You are allowed to view the courses on all supported devices.

2.7. You may not share any resources or your login information or provide access or allow third parties to view the course or resources provided. We keep records of IP addresses from where courses are accessed. We may take legal action as permissible against anyone found to be in breach of this copyright.

2.8. We may terminate the access to the course, website or account area if you are found in breach of copyright and may not refund any fees already paid. Where appropriate we may initiate legal proceedings to recover any loss we have sustained.
